Thank you for your interest in participating in the Vermont Small Business Lending Conference.  Complete the following form to participate in a statewide small business-lender matchmaking, we look forward to having you assist with the event.

Instructions:
Each Lender will only need to complete this form once for all your participants.  In order to ensure communications, please list the person who will serve as the Primary Contact for your lender, then add other staff attending / participating in the conference below.
