IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING TIF DISTRICT APPLICATIONS: The above meeting times are designated for VEGI application review, EATI post-approval reviews, and other regular VEPC business. TIF District applications are accepted on a continuous basis and meetings to consider TIF District applications will be scheduled, as needed, on the afternoon of the meeting days listed above. A “Letter of Intent to File a TIF District Application” must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the submission of a complete TIF District application. A meeting to review a TIF District application will be scheduled within 60 days of the receipt of a complete TIF District application. No more than one TIF District application will be considered at each meeting.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING MEETING AGENDAS: Meeting agendas will be posted no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting date.
